🧒🏻 Connecting to your Inner Child: a Tool for Creative Flourishing🌻
Come along this Wednesday 9th July 12pm PT
Hello Creatives,
Last chance to sign up to our free monthly creative workshop: ‘Keep your Inner Child Creating’ this Wednesday 9th July 12pm Californian time!
Do you want to live more creatively?
The Artist's Way is a world renowned book that teaches us to unblock our creativity through concepts and tools including reconnecting to our inner child.
What did your Inner Child - or Inner Artist - need? asks Julia Cameron in The Artist’s Way. Perhaps they didn’t get exactly what they needed in the past, but there are always opportunities to nurture our Inner Child or Artist in the present…
In this session, we'll engage in tasks from the book that help reconnect us to our inner child and embody the childlike spirit that keeps us curious and creative!
Remember, your artist is a child. Find and protect that child. Learning to let yourself create is like learning to walk. The artist child must begin by crawling. Baby steps will follow…
- Julia Cameron, The Artist’s Way
Take a baby step on your creative journey this Wednesday and join us! All you need is paper and a pen for the reflective tasks.

What we’ve been up to this week:
Natasha and I are currently both in Cochabamba, Bolivia, our spirit home and where we met! Yesterday, we went on an exciting adventure: a Bike Art Tour in downtown Cocha! The tour featured over 20 murals portraying Andean scenes, dreams, and stories. The detail, scale and range of styles was impressive and inspiring, and a great reminder to pay attention to the colour and artistry around that often goes unnoticed amidst the hustle and bustle of urban life. Some snaps from our Sunday fun-day:

What about you? We’d love to hear what you’ve been up to creatively - let us know in the comments.
See you in the session, and in the meantime, happy creating!
